Information you choose to provide

When you request a consultation, we collect your first and last name, email, phone number, state of residence, debt amount range, and the contact permissions you select. If you submit from the calculator page, we also receive the APR, monthly payment, and extra payment you entered. We record the originating form and the version of the consent language presented to you.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or card account numbers, passwords, medical records, or sensitive documents through this website.

Calculator and website activity

The calculator works in your browser without accessing a credit report. Its values are not sent to Done With Debt until you submit a consultation request from the calculator page. We do not save calculator inputs in browser storage.

Our hosting and form service provider, Netlify, may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser details, and security or spam signals when delivering the site and handling submissions. Videos are served from this website and play only when you choose to start them, and there are no embedded social media players.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure our advertising. Google Analytics sets cookies whose names begin with _ga. The Meta Pixel sets cookies named _fbp and _fbc. These tools record page addresses, referring pages, campaign parameters, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser details, and the fact that a consultation request was submitted.

We do not send your name, email address, phone number, state, debt amount, debt type, or any other answer from the form to Google or Meta, and we do not upload customer lists or use hashed contact details for advertising matching. The only event either tool receives from a submission is that one occurred. Google Analytics IP anonymization is enabled.

How we use information

We use information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a consultation, review initial qualification, provide requested updates, maintain contact preferences, and operate and protect the website. Sending a request does not enroll you in a debt relief program.

Sharing and service providers

Our hosting and form service provider processes submissions on our behalf so our team can receive them. Support vendors may process information as needed to provide requested services. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect legal rights and address fraud or security incidents.

Done With Debt is an independent referral company. If an introduction to a third-party debt relief provider is appropriate, we will seek your permission before sharing information for that referral. The provider’s own privacy policy applies to information it receives directly from you. We do not sell or rent the opt-in information collected through this website.

Mobile information and text consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from other information-sharing categories and will not be shared with third parties.

Requesting a consultation gives Done With Debt one combined permission to reach you at the phone number and email you provide, by call, text or email, about your inquiry and about debt relief options. That permission covers calls placed with automated dialing and an artificial or AI voice, because accepted inquiries are dialed automatically. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you can contact us at any time to withdraw it or change your preferences.

Your advertising choices

Sharing information with Meta through the Pixel for advertising purposes may be treated as targeted advertising or as a sale or share of personal information under some state privacy laws. You can opt out in either of these ways.

First, this website honors the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If your browser or extension sends it, we do not load the Meta Pixel at all, and we disable Google advertising features and personalization for your visit. Nothing is required from you beyond enabling the signal.

Second, you can email info@donewithdebt.com or call (888) 322-1054 and ask us to opt you out of targeted advertising, to stop selling or sharing your personal information, or to delete information we hold. We do not require an account to make a request, and we will not discriminate against you for making one. An authorized agent may make a request on your behalf.

You can also install the Google Analytics opt out add on, and adjust your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain inquiry information as needed to respond to requests, support our relationship with you, comply with applicable obligations, and maintain appropriate business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to withdraw contact consent. We may need to verify a request and retain information when required or permitted by applicable law. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
